Article I – Statement on the protection and collection of personal data
Pet sezona d.o.o. undertakes to protect customers’ personal data by collecting only the essential information about customers necessary to fulfill our obligations; it informs customers about how the collected information is used, regularly gives users the opportunity to use their data, including the option to decide whether their name should be removed from lists used in marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly protected and available only to employees who need it. All current and future employees of Pet sezona d.o.o., as well as business partners, are responsible for complying with the principles of privacy.
Email marketing (newsletter): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. Every user can subscribe to our newsletter during registration. If you are not a registered user or customer but still wish to receive our notifications, you can subscribe to our newsletter located in the bottom right part of the homepage. Every user can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by contacting us at administrator1@5sezona.hr.
By completing the registration or purchase form on www.disimi.hr, the visitor and/or customer confirms the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, including personal data.
Article II – Consent
When you provide us with personal information to register, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange delivery, or request a refund, we assume that you consent to our collecting and using that information for that specific purpose only.

Article IV – Shopping
Our online store is hosted on WordPress and WooCommerce, which provide us with an e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.
Card data and personalized security features are not stored on WordPress and WooCommerce, i.e., they are kept outside the ISP system with PBZ Card Certified.

In general, third-party providers we use will collect, use, and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment services and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide for your purchase-related transactions.
