PROJECT TITLE: Enhancing the Cybersecurity of PET SEZONA

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project aims to enhance the cybersecurity of PET SEZONA d.o.o. by strengthening the protection of its digital infrastructure, improving the security of its online store, and developing employees’ skills to identify and prevent cyber threats. Given that the company’s operations are based on online sales, particular attention is paid to protecting customer and transaction data, ensuring the security of information systems, and maintaining business continuity. Through the implementation of this project, the company will improve the protection of its information systems, reduce its exposure to cyber risks, increase the security of online sales, and provide a more reliable and secure digital environment for customers, employees, and business partners.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE AND EXPECTED RESULTS: The objective of the project is to increase the cybersecurity and resilience of PET SEZONA d.o.o. through professional security testing of its network infrastructure and online store, while enhancing employees’ knowledge and awareness of cyber threats and security risks. The expected results include a technical security report on the network infrastructure testing, identifying vulnerabilities and recommendations for remediation; a technical report on the security testing of the online store, including an assessment of security risks; and employee training on applying cybersecurity best practices in daily operations. The project will contribute to the timely identification of security threats, reduce the risk of unauthorized access and misuse of data, improve the stability and availability of the online store, and strengthen employees’ ability to handle business and customer information securely. In the long term, it will increase the reliability of digital services, strengthen the trust of customers and business partners, and enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the company’s operations.
