Yes, payment is processed through the certified CorvusPay card payment system, and card data is not stored on our website.
We deliver throughout Croatia. For shipping to other EU countries, please send us an inquiry via the contact form.
As a rule, orders within Croatia arrive within 2-3 business days, except during holidays and promotions when delivery may take a little longer. In periods of extended delivery times, a notice will be clearly displayed on our website.
The delivery cost depends on whether you choose home delivery or parcel locker delivery and on the courier service you use. The exact amount is shown in the cart before completing the order. Delivery price is related to delivery speed.
Delivery is free for orders above 50 €.
Yes, you have the right to return a product within the statutory period. Detailed instructions and the form can be found on the Product Return and Returns and Complaints pages.
No, a product purchased in a physical store must be returned to that store.
On the Product Exchange page you will find the form and instructions; you return the product in its original condition, and we send a replacement item according to the agreement.
In that case, submit a "Complaint", via the page of the same name. After inspecting the product, we approve a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Yes, all products you can order are available.
We recommend measuring your foot and comparing it with the size chart in the product description; if you are between two sizes, it is usually better to choose the larger one.
